Are you prepared to be wrong?

All of the great movers and shakers of our time were prepared to take a chance. Everyone who has ever made anything of their life was prepared to go against the grain and back themselves.

Are you?

Beware of your education

Sir Ken Robinson is a respected world leader in the education debate and notes that mainstream education the world over teaches children it’s bad to be wrong. Taking a risk and getting it wrong is stigmatised. That’s a huge problem, because the fear of being wrong kills creativity. Great leaders and influencers in the world take a risk and go against the grain. Einstein is a famous example, Steve Jobs another.

Many of our greatest entrepreneurs avoided the limitations imposed by mainstream education by dropping out. That set the framework for their incredible success. That means what you learnt at school may well be holding you back rather than setting you up for success.
